The Grand Recruitment Day was a transformative experience for many, with 17 applicants being hired on the spot to join the expanding workforce at TARI Estate, which now employs 150 skilled local talents. As TARI Estate continues to evolve, it is poised to become a vital economic engine in Central Luzon, creating even more opportunities for the people of Tarlac.
Launched in May 2024, TARI Estate is poised to revolutionize industrial development in Tarlac and Central Luzon. As an industrial-anchored mixed-use development, TARI Estate is expected to be a catalyst for regional economic growth, creating 200,000 jobs for Filipinos and driving sustainable progress in the area.
Aboitiz Construction, leading the development efforts at TARI Estate, played a crucial role in the event, offering various positions for skilled workers in the community. This initiative is a key component of Aboitiz InfraCapital Economic Estates’ broader labor program, designed to bridge the gap between job seekers and employers, further establishing the company’s position as a catalyst for regional economic development.
Representatives from PhilHealth, PAG-IBIG, and SSS attended the event to assist applicants with their government-related requirements and address any concerns related to their services.
Beyond job placements, the event provided a comprehensive one-stop-shop experience for applicants, enabling them to fulfill pre-employment requirements with key government agencies such as PAG-IBIG, PhilHealth, and SSS, and undergo health screenings at an accredited diagnostic center.
